MAUDEISH Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MAUDEISH. Our products are made with care and prepared for shipment to ensure high quality, safe handling, and dependable delivery. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During high-volume seasons (holidays, promotions, new releases), processing may take 3–5 business days.

Every MAUDEISH product is carefully packaged to arrive in excellent condition.


Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Expedited International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions, weather, customs delays, and your location.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • your location

  • product weight

  • shipping method

  • total order size

This ensures accurate and fair shipping pricing.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to update after the carrier receives your package.


Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

MAUDEISH is not responsible for:

  • packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer

  • shipping delays caused by carriers

  • packages marked as “delivered” but not received

If your order is returned due to address issues, an additional shipping fee may be required to resend it.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include clear photos of:

    • the product(s)

    • the packaging

    • the shipping label

We will review your case and provide a replacement when applicable.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Depending on the situation, a replacement may be issued.


International Customs & Duties

International customers may be required to pay:

  • customs fees

  • import taxes

  • duties

These fees are not included in MAUDEISH product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
